I was invited to work on this black girl-centered coming-of-age story to aid with general designs.
The CEO asked that all designs seem hand-drawn like a diary or a sketchbook. It should feel like it's come from a young, black girl to reflect the youth and authenticity of her own experience.
Most of this brand was already established when I was looped in, but it needed some consistency across channels for a recognizable branding that could be integrated with other brands,
as sponsorships have been increasing.

The goal was to do this and make it accessible to her virtual team, where I set up a brand guidelines set up on Canva.
This is a business you have to watch out for in the future. Get your tissues ready.
