Phase 1: Getting Situated
Before we can get started with the nitty-gritty, I'll need to get to know you and your business.
After you fill out the form on my Contact page, I'll shoot you an email to schedule an introductory meeting where we'll determine a general scope of work, and I'll send you a proposal. We'll make sure we're the right fit for each other so no time is wasted down the road. 
Once that is approved, I will send you my Client Questionnaire where I'm going to ask the big picture, birds' eye view of your business situation. Feel free to have some (or none) filled out as we'll be going over it in our meeting.
After this meeting, I'll send you a contract, and an invoice for a 30% deposit.
Once the proposal and contract are signed, and the initial deposit is paid, you will officially become a client and project work will commence. 

Phase 2: Planning & Refining
After our discovery meeting, I start the real fun stuff. Mood board time! 
(Your brand/business won't be in here... just visual inspo)
This will look different for every project. 
I will create 4 mood board options and then schedule another meeting to go over the directions and we will dwindle it down to 2-3 styles.

Phase 3: First Drafts
Based off of the mood boards we discusses in the prior meeting, I will create 3 options specifically around your business -- we will meet again and I will present the options to you and/or your team.
None of the white background presentations of these designs around here, folks.
This is where we *really* dig in.​​​​​​​
Phase 4: The Nitty Gritty
This is where the fun comes in -- we're going finalization! 
At this point, we've solidified the visual direction, and settled on the general identity. 
I will come back to you with a FULL presentation on the concept. What is included in this will vary from project to project as well, but we will have a full brand guidelines presentation.
From this point, two rounds of revisions are available for tweaking concepts to completion.
Choosing to go another direction at this point will not be accepted unless a change-of-order is submitted and completed.
Prepare for Launch!
Once the final concept is approved, I will send the invoice for the remainder of the project and prepare your files for launch. 
I will transfer all of the files to you in a Google Drive when I've received the remaining half of the project payment!
